The predecessor ASICEN - SindarT Technology Co., LTD. - was registered.
2005
For the sake of development, the company changed its name into ASICEN Technology Corporation and took ASICEN as the company brand, with the operation range covering product design, information software, intellectual property, electronic components, etc..
2009~2010
After a sequence of capital increase by cash, surplus and employee dividend, the capital of the company was NT$ 64, 269,160. The shareholding ratio of Wise Great Investment LTD. was 82.64%.
2011

The parent company of ASICEN is Chih Hung Investment Corp., and the final parent company is Faraday Technology Corp.

The new CIS has been fully introduced to show the characteristics of the company seeking innovation and changes.
